To maintain the integrity of the Blue Capital Resources Americans' Right to Counsel (ARC) Initiative, evaluation forms should be submitted directly by the supervising organization or administrator whenever possible.

BCR reserves the right to verify all submissions and deny points or scholarship eligibility for incomplete, altered, misleading, or unverifiable documentation.

False submissions may result in immediate membership suspension or permanent disqualification from scholarship consideration.
